From Charlottesville, Virginia, I am a community-oriented individual fueled by the energy around me. I am a self-motivated, hard-working, and dedicated student and employee who is always in search of new ideas. I thrive in small teams and often find inspiration in my surroundings and those around me.
My time in college has been a period of self-discovery in which I have formed a better understanding of my passions and goals. I have furthered my dedication to my community, learned the value of personal identity, and have developed strong collaboration skills. In my education, I have learned how to apply these concepts to the fashion industry.
In my time at VCU, I have been exposed to many aspects of the fashion industry and my personal interest in second-hand fashion and sustainability has fueled my interest in eco-conscious processes and product development. My education and internship experience has also ignited my interest in fashion forecasting - with a specialization in menswear and color forecasting.
I have a bad habit of listening to the same music on repeat. For convenience purposes, I compile all of the songs that I can’t stop listening to into one playlist.
